Positions
Transportation Delivery/Driver
Our drivers ensure the safe and efficient delivery of fuel to our customers; ensure compliance with company, DEC, DOT and EPA regulations. Our drivers have extensive experience and training, maintain excellent driving records, and have Class A licenses with Hazmat and Tanker Endorsements. They represent Reid Petroleum in a professional manner by demonstrating exemplary driving and customer service skills.
Service Technicians/Maintenance Technicians
These specially trained individuals ensure that the technical maintenance needs of fuel related systems are met in an efficient and timely manner, meeting with the regulations set forth by DEC, EPA, Weights and Measurements and Reid Petroleum. The technicians develop a strong and effective customer relationship, leading to the growth of Reid Petroleum.
Customer Sales Representative
Our CSR's represent Reid Petroleum in a positive manner by providing excellent customer support skills and interaction with the store personnel. They assess and monitor the activities of current competitors, assist with image and regulatory compliance as well as communicate the latest business and market conditions. CSR's are courteous, professional and well trained. They know their customers and their territory well in order to provide significant feedback that keeps Reid Petroleum the leading petroleum distributor in Western New York.
Organizational Partnership Team
We could not continue to be the successful organization we are without our superior support staff. They enable us to maintain cohesive working relationships with all of our customers and provide exceptional customer service.
Dispatch Department:
This team consists of individuals who specialize in monitoring fuel inventories and dispatching deliveries to ensure our customers always have supply and service.
Accounting Department:
This group is comprised of several individuals who work together to monitor and maintain sound financial records.
IT and Human Resources Department:
These teams support the Reid Group of companies in their future endeavors with respect to current technology and fair employment practices.
Administrative Support Staff:
This team assists the organization in an administrative function making it possible to meet the demands of a challenging environment.
