Do I need to have a Smart Phone in order to sign up for the program?

No, any phone that has texting capabilities will work for the program.

Does it cost money to sign up to receive Crosby's text to save offers?

The program does not cost money; however, if you don't have an unlimited text messaging plan, then standard text messaging rates will apply to your plan.

If I decide I don't want to participate in the program anymore what do I do?

If at any time you would like to opt out of the program, simply reply "STOP" to our text, to end it.

What will I be sent if I join the program?

A new subscriber message will be followed immediately with a "Special Offer".  Then, once a week opted in members will receive text messages containing special offers at Crosby's.

Can I use the coupons I receive via text more than once?

No, the mobile coupon will only be accepted once per day per customer.  Coupons can not be redeemed multiple times per day.

How long is the coupon I receive good for?

There will be an expiration date at the bottom of the coupon in the text message that will state when the coupon is valid until.

Can I exchange the coupon I receive for something else if I don't like it?

No, the purchase can not be exchanged for cash or a substitute item.

How often will I receive a text from the program?

A text will be sent out approximately once per week.
